After reading header, I want to download the whole message (may be 100k), then the phone tell me 'memory full', while I have 50 MB of memory. You think you can test it for the few minutes in the shop? I demonstrated this to the customer service in Nokia care centre, and I ask them to get the technican to come out to see it. OK, either they tell me this is exceptional, so I have to avoid certain conditions, or upgrade the firmware and get it fix. Remember, they chose to pay me back the full purchase price instead of give me a working E70 that runs one program at a time and download the 100kb message by its mail client. It was their choice.
