So not only the motherboard. That was 5-weeks after I purchased the phone and with minor scratch on my phone, they just change it. So you can tell they know the problem is not with the case phone, but with the case. I did not ask for a perfect phone, I asked them to give me a phone they promised to deliver. That is, in their web site, it said multi-tasking, multi-connectivity, I called customer service, they said it is OK to play MP3 while browsing. After all these information, I purchased the phone. Now they cannot deliver what they promised, I want my money back. I also asked them, if they write me an instruction, how to use the phone without 'memory full' problem, then I will take it. Or tell me the maxinum number of programs I can run at the same time (actually one program can kill the phone), or tell me every 4-hours I need to power-off-power-on the phone to avoid 'memory full' problem, then I will follow their insturction. In the end, they decided to give me back my money, that tells something. You can try to tell them to give you money back for your phone, they will tell you read the warranty instruction, they will fix your problem,... Dont think that it was one demanding customer and they are willing to refund. What about the other xxx number of E70 customers in Hong Kong all of a sudden decided to buy a new phone and create problem with Nokia? BTW, I read from a Hong Kong forum in which there is a member who said that when Nokia changed the motherboard for him, Nokia also upgraded the firmware and so he has the Cangjie input method! They admitted that firmware 2.0 or higher for E70 will not be available in the near future. However, they need 4-weeks to prepare the refund check! I got a new Sonyericsson already.
